As an AI & Data Analytics Engineer, you will analyze business requirements and perform SWOT analyses to assess return on investment. You will conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and patterns, enabling the design and development of robust AI and data analytics solutions, from data preparation to model training and deployment. You'll implement MLOps for automated testing and quality assurance, maintain and troubleshoot existing AI and data analytics products, and ensure compliance with data security and protection measures. Additionally, you will establish best practices, standards, and testing strategies, while staying updated on the latest technology trends and contributing to the development of platform strategies.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficient in AI and machine learning techniques, including deep learning frameworks.
• Experience with MLOps tools and processes for model deployment and lifecycle management.
• Strong programming skills in Python and R, with experience in frameworks like .NET AI and SpringAI.
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as PowerBI.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, orchestration tools, and ETL processes.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will also have experience with Generative AI APIs, real-time reporting, and cloud technologies.
