Android Support Specialist

Are you an Android enthusiast ready to champion user experience?

Join a renowned European IT solutions and services company as an Android Support Specialist. You'll build a dedicated Android support service and provide comprehensive support for private Android devices within the organization.

Your Responsibilities:

Android Expertise: Provide advanced support for Android applications and devices.
Troubleshooting Master: Identify and resolve issues related to different Android UIs.
Collaboration Champion: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless mobile app functionality.
User Advocate: Ensure optimal user experience for Android device users within the organization.

Qualifications:

Android Knowledge: Possess deep understanding of the Android ecosystem and UI/UX.
Technical Background: Experience with Android apps and device management.
Mobile Savvy: Keep up-to-date on mobile trends and emerging technologies.
Communication Skills: Collaborate effectively in English and French.
Proven track record in supporting Android devices.

Please note that we are looking for someone focused in Android support (with some knowledge in general support) but not for a General Support profile that holds few knowledge in Android.
