This is your opportunity to shape impactful solutions, guiding clients through complex business challenges with innovative approaches. As a Business Analyst, you'll engage in analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and shaping the processes that drive the digital transformation of both public and private organizations. You'll model and assess business processes, refine functional requirements, and perform risk analysis, ensuring each solution is tailored to the specific needs of the client. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, you'll create test cases, provide advanced-level support, and offer hands-on guidance through demos and training. Your expertise will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that solutions are not just efficient but truly transformational.

Key skills of the Business Analyst:

• Proficient in business process modeling and analysis
• Strong communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts
• Experience in providing user support, training, and coaching
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and requirements elicitation
• Certifications such as BPMN 2.0, BABOK, ITIL, or PM² are a plus
