Creating an ambitious platform for its customers, they are looking at ways in which this can be created into a cohesive, and all-rounded solution.

We are looking for a Senior Azure API Architect & Developer to support the rapid development and integration of our Azure-based API management system. This is a hands-on role that requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with product owners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of Azure API Management for the new Customer Portal, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Analyze and review APIs, identifying limitations, optimizing performance, and recommending improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to define, design, and implement API-driven features based on customer needs.
• Develop APIs that allow customers to register purchased devices, access documentation, and submit specific service requests.
• Provide architectural guidance and hands-on development in a greenfield project environment.
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, aligning API capabilities with business requirements.
• Ensure a scalable, secure, and efficient API infrastructure within the 100% Azure cloud environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on API architecture and development.
• Strong expertise in Azure API Management, including design, security, deployment, and monitoring.
• Proficient in C#, .NET, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
• Hands-on experience with database integration and API-driven workflows.
• Familiarity with AI-powered automation and customer interaction solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
