Communications Manager

5V Tech are supporting a global technology business in securing a Communications Manager for an immediate start.

This is a 3-month initial contract based in Amsterdam, working closely with senior leadership and playing a key role in shaping internal communications across an international organisation.

The role

• Act as a strategic communications partner to HR, IT, and central functions
• Advise stakeholders on clear, consistent messaging across the business
• Manage and optimise global internal communication channels
• Drive employee engagement across a workforce of 3,800+ employees
• Lead internal campaigns, initiatives, and events on a global scale
• Support the development of a strong and engaging employee experience
• Use data and analytics to continuously improve communication impact

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years’ experience in internal communications
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with clear calls to action
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Excellent stakeholder management and listening skills
• Strong prioritisation and delivery focus
• Data-driven mindset with experience using insights to improve performance
• Understanding of multi-channel internal communications (intranet, email, internal social platforms)
• Experience working closely with HR teams and communicating HR topics
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a creative mindset
