They are looking for an experienced Embedded Software C++ focused engineer to join their team in Vendome. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and optimizing software solutions that power advanced 3D measuring arms and portable scanning systems.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Creating software prototypes and validating them against client standards
• Implementing new features and functionalities to support industrial production needs
• Porting existing applications from Windows to Linux environments
• Maintaining and improving both new and legacy software applications
• Drafting and maintaining clear technical specifications for software solutions

Key skills required:

• Strong experience in C/C++ - Preferably modern C++ e.g. C++17 or C++20
• Experience of working in Linux development environments - Preferably linux drivers
• Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and industrial software-hardware communication
