We are working with a world-leading Security Consultancy at the forefront of cutting-edge smart technology. They provide in house developed applications and services to Government Agencies across the globe.

We are looking for an experienced IT Operations Manager to provide leadership and operational management of the 3rd Line Support Engineers, responsible for ensuring the in house developed applications and services run smoothly around the clock!

You will ensure the IT infrastructure delivery runs within the pre-defined SLA's and provide out of hours support for major incidents when required.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Manage all of the IT Infrastructure and ensure all team management duties are conducted regularly and efficiently.
• Ensure all major incidents are resolved quickly and effectively and provide root cause analysis for issues that cannot be solved by the service desk team.
• Build strong relationships with other internal teams and key stakeholders within the business.
• Deliver on high quality, customer focused IT solutions.

Skills and requirements:

• Experience as a Team Leader / Manager.
• Experience with AWS, VMware, and Citrix.
• ITIL Foundation certification
