At Revolt, our mission is simple: accelerate the energy transition by helping photovoltaic companies develop their business! How? Thanks to our digital solution that centralizes all the stages of selling a solar installation in a single tool.
Our customers thus save more than 50% of time in project management and improve their conversion rate by 30%.


In February 2024, we carried out our first fundraising with Business Angels from the tech and energy sectors. We also formed a first board with renowned entrepreneurs in order to best manage Revolt's strategy.


Today, we want to primarily support residential photovoltaic professionals in developing their business in order to meet the exponential demand of the years to come.


Why start with residential solar?

• Less than 2% of French homes have solar panels on their roofs.
• The latest studies predict that solar will dominate the global energy mix within 2 decades at the most.
• By 2030, more than 4 million French households must be helped to equip themselves in order to meet growth ambitions in the face of the climate emergency.

? Many owners would like to equip themselves but often lack information and reliable contacts with the right proposal. We help installers to optimize their entire sales process in order to be able to manage more projects, more quickly and thus participate in the acceleration of solar energy in France.

The post
As a Lead Developer, you will be the CTO's right-hand man, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth progress of the team's developments, and defining the technical choices and methods to use.
You will have the following activities in particular:

• Participate in development planning
• Participate in developments
• Be responsible for the quality of the codebase
• Actively participate in improving development and continuous integration processes
• Actively participate in the Roadmap
• Ensure reporting
• Build, support and manage a team of developers alongside the CTO

The profile sought

• You have at least 5 years of experience in web development
• You have a good command of Typescript, React and SQL databases (PostrgreSQL)
• You have knowledge in DevOps
• You have a strong appetite for participating in the development of the Product
• You want to quickly gain responsibility and lead a team of developers
• You are organized , rigorous , autonomous and have good analytical skills.
• You enjoy working “cross-team” particularly with the Product and CSM teams
• You like to have leadership in your missions and take initiatives
• You are interested in the energy transition and more specifically in the solar sector .
• You want to develop in an early stage start-up that is growing rapidly
