An advanced computing company developing next-generation AI hardware and software platforms is expanding its engineering team as demand continues to grow across edge and intelligent systems applications.

They are looking for a Principal Compiler Engineer to help optimise and scale AI workloads running across specialised hardware environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and optimising embedded AI inference software in C/C++
• Improving performance, latency, and memory efficiency for AI workloads
• Building tooling to profile and analyse runtime behaviour
• Supporting deployment and optimisation across embedded platforms
• Developing testing and validation frameworks for software reliability
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional hardware and software teams

Ideal Background:

• Strong embedded systems or low-level software experience
• Experience with AI inference frameworks, runtimes, or compiler technologies
• Understanding of performance optimisation in constrained environments
• Familiarity with hardware acceleration concepts
• Experience debugging and profiling embedded systems
• Python experience beneficial
• Rust experience beneficial
