As a Process Analyst, you'll be at the heart of strategic decision-making, advising on the best approaches to implement the client’s vision while considering future technological trends and key performance indicators. Process Analyst Responsibilities:

• Developing new processes: Collaborate with stakeholders to map out and analyze business needs. You'll assess the impact on processes, systems, customer experiences, and financials.
• Process adjustments and improvements: Facilitate workshops, training, and interviews to transition processes from their current state to a more optimized future state. You'll also document adjustments and best practices.
• Process monitoring: Standardize processes where possible, identify recurring issues, and develop solutions to streamline operations.
• Stakeholder management: Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing process-related issues and incidents.
• Supporting change initiatives: Create and implement actionable plans to guide the organization through change, ensuring a smooth transition.

Process Analyst Skills Required:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and consensus-building abilities to align stakeholders and highlight risks.
• Familiarity with IT, network infrastructure, and applications, with knowledge of process modeling, management, and documentation.
• Fluent in English (French/Dutch is a plus).
