We’re partnered with an innovative medtech company that’s redefining how healthcare professionals monitor and manage chronic diseases. Their connected solutions are used worldwide, improving patient outcomes and transforming day-to-day medical practice.

They’re now looking for a Software Product Owner / Project Manager to join their growing R&D team in Paris. You’ll play a key role in bridging technical expertise with real-world healthcare needs, driving software development projects from concept to delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing and prioritising the product backlog in collaboration with engineers and stakeholders
• Translating functional requirements into clear user stories and technical specifications
• Coordinating software development projects, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Gathering user feedback and driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Writing project documentation and ensuring effective communication across teams
• Supporting testing and verification processes to guarantee product reliability

What we’re looking for:

• Master’s or Engineering degree in Software, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years’ experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or Software Engineer
• Proficiency with multiple programming languages (C++, Python, C#, JavaScript) and ALM tools such as JIRA
• Strong knowledge of software specifications, testing, and medical device standards (a plus)
• Fluent English (spoken and written) – French is a bonus
• Organised, rigorous, and collaborative, with the ability to translate complex needs into practical solutions
