Robotics Engineer - C++

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong C++ expertise to join a small, fast-paced team building high-impact robotics systems. In this role, you'll play a critical part in developing high-performance, safety-critical software that controls autonomous vehicles used in demanding industrial environments.

This is a highly technical, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a collaborative setting, enjoys solving real-world engineering problems, and wants to work directly with physical systems. You'll be working closely with both software and hardware engineers to build scalable solutions that move machines with power and precision.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and developing high-quality, real-time software applications using modern C++
• Writing scalable, efficient, and reliable code for mission-critical robotics functions
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving complex software issues in both live and development environments
• Conducting code reviews and supporting clean, maintainable software design
• Collaborating with hardware teams to tightly integrate software with physical systems (motors, sensors, controllers, etc.)
• Contributing to continuous improvement efforts and identifying areas for optimization across the stack

What We’re Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience developing software in C++
• (PhD with 2–3 years hands-on experience also considered)
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design and software engineering principles
• Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS), Linux, and systems-level programming
• Bonus: Exposure to robotics, safety-critical systems, or industrial automation
