As an SDR, you’ll be on the front line of the company’s growth strategy in North America. Your mission is to open doors, build relationships, and help drive new opportunities across the region. This is the perfect role for someone ambitious, curious, and motivated to learn the art of technical sales in a high-impact global business.

This position involves Occasional travel in North America and some international travel, the rest of your time will be spent in the Austin office.

What You’ll Do

- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across key markets including data centers, utilities, and industrial energy

- Research trends, projects, and decision-makers to build prospect lists

- Engage with potential clients via calls, emails, events, and on-site visits

- Support senior sales managers with outreach, meeting preparation, and follow-up

- Represent the company at trade shows and industry conferences

- Maintain accurate records of your activities and pipeline in the CRM

- Collaborate with commercial and technical teams to ensure smooth handover of leads

Key skills required

- Relevant experience within a sales or business development position.

- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

- Driven, resilient, and eager to learn

- Fluent in English and willing to travel frequently across your region
