Your Responsibilities

Technical Leadership and Mentorship:

• Guide and support junior team members, helping them navigate technical challenges and grow their skills.
• Ensure the team follows best practices and takes the right technical direction.

Feature Development and Collaboration:

• Work closely with product teams to deliver high-quality solutions that directly impact customers.
• Focus on data quality, onboarding customers, and building innovative features.

Improving Standards:

• Enhance the quality of the codebase, processes, and data management practices.
• Proactively identify and implement improvements in tools and workflows.

 
Key Skills and Experience

• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong proficiency in Python and tools like Airflow
  • Familiarity working with on premise deployment
• Startup Mindset:
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proactive and creative problem-solver who takes ownership of challenges
• Soft Skills:
  • Willingness to mentor junior engineers
  • Collaborative and communicative team player
  • French speaking is a must
