About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Fullstack Developer to drive technical excellence within our client's development team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in .Net Core and React, as well as your cloud and Kubernetes experience, to build, optimize, and scale high-quality applications. You’ll also serve as a technical leader, guiding and coaching a team of developers to meet project goals and enhance team capabilities.


Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .Net Core (3.1 or .Net 6) and React.
• Architect and implement cloud-based solutions with a preference for Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Utilize Kubernetes for efficient application deployment and scaling.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-quality code and streamline deployments.
• Write unit tests, integration tests, and manage the automation testing framework to maintain robust code.
• Lead scrum teams from a technical perspective, setting standards and ensuring best practices.
• Act as a mentor and coach to developers, fostering technical growth and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business goals.

 
Mandatory Skills:

• .Net Core 3.1 or .Net 6: 8+ years of hands-on experience
• React: 6+ years of hands-on experience
• Cloud Platforms: Extensive experience with any cloud environment (Preference for Google Cloud Platform)
• Kubernetes: Proficient with containerization and orchestration for scalable applications
• Pipelines: Skilled in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Testing: Proficient with unit testing, integration testing, and maintaining automation testing frameworks
• Leadership: Experience in leading scrum teams from a technical perspective and coaching team members

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Background in telecommunications or a related fast-paced industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to make informed technical decisions.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to lead and inspire technical teams.
