In this role, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to shape the future of our partners platform. Utilize your expertise to create seamless user experiences while navigating the intricate landscape of regulated standards.

In this role, you'll be tasked with crafting, validating, and optimizing designs, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to establish an efficient design process while ensuring consistency through the application of our bespoke design system. Your responsibilities will extend to conducting user interviews and testing sessions to gather valuable feedback, employing research techniques to tackle complex problems effectively, and leveraging analytics data to drive product success and inform development decisions.

If you have the folowing expereince, we would see your application:

• Are passionate about developing enterprise-grade software
• Possess experience in conducting user testing workshops and research
• Bring 5 years of UI/UX expertise, complemented by front-end development knowledge
• Recognize the nuances of designing for organizational workflows versus consumer markets
• Balance organizational and user needs to deliver maximum value
• Thrive in agile environments and understand the importance of pragmatic solutions
