I'm seeking a Senior Software Engineer skilled in Go or Python backend development. You’ll design scalable backend services to manage dispatch coordination, fleet optimization, and performance for autonomous delivery robots and ride-hailing systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficient, real-world operations in this fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect Backend Systems: Build management platforms for software deployment, versioning, and A/B testing on autonomous fleets.
• Fleet Optimization: Develop algorithms to enhance state management and strategic fleet positioning.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps, R&D, and product teams to ensure seamless operations across cloud and physical hardware.

Requirements:

• Go/Python Proficiency: Strong skills in Go or Python, focused on performance optimization.
• Distributed Systems: Experience with microservices and scalable backend solutions.
• Algorithms & Real-Time Systems: Knowledge of optimization, scheduling, and event-driven architectures.
• Databases: Skilled in both relational and NoSQL databases.

Bonus Skills

• Frontend Exposure: Familiarity with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Autonomous Systems: Previous work with robots or autonomous vehicles.
• IoT & Cloud: Understanding of embedded systems, AWS/GCP, and Kubernetes.
