Manage, lead, and scale a high-performing R&D team;
Take ownership of the software development journey (C , Python, GPU/CUDA);
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other managers to realise the strategic product visions.

If You Have...

Dedicated and proven experience managing a software team from a technical and hierarchical perspective;
A strong software architecture and development background in real-time systems;
Experience in C (14/17), CUDA GPU programming, Python, and Linux-based operating systems;
Industry knowledge of GNSS, inertial navigation, RF modulation, and Simulation Software;
Fluency in English and French language;
Willingness to travel quarterly around Europe...
