Are you a seasoned business analyst with a passion for unraveling complex IT systems? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team and contribute to a major digital transformation within the telecoms industry.

About the Role: As a Technical Business Process Analyst, you will be instrumental in documenting and analyzing intricate business processes within a leading US telecoms organization. Your ability to bridge the gap between technical complexities and clear business language is essential.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed process flow diagrams (BPMN 2.0)
Identify and analyze data dependencies within complex systems
Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders
Translate technical information into clear and concise business language
Ensure alignment between business requirements and system capabilities


Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in process mapping and documentation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A technical background, such as data analysis or software development
Experience in the telecoms industry is a plus, but not required
