We’re looking for a technical builder to architect and scale the systems behind our go-to-market engine. Alongside our GTM Lead, you’ll work across sales, marketing, customer success, and product. Writing code, integrating APIs, and automating workflows to help us grow faster without adding endless headcount.
This isn’t a typical sales ops role. You’ll be hands-on with code, data, and tools, prototyping solutions and collaborating with Growth and Product to align systems with business goals.
In your first year, you’ll:
- Build the foundation that makes our sales team 3x faster.
- Automate the lead-to-opportunity process.
- Establish the data infrastructure that drives growth decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the GTM tech stack.
- Build automations for lead routing, campaigns, and playbooks.
- Develop integrations using APIs, scripts, and no-code/low-code tools.
- Scale outbound through automated outreach and sequencing.
- Prototype growth experiments with the Growth team.
- Ensure clean, reliable data powers our CRM and dashboards.
- Partner with sales and marketing to build solutions that unblock workflows.
About You
- 5+ years in software engineering, growth, sales ops, or RevOps.
- Strong coding skills (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Experience with CRM/GTM platforms (HubSpot, Clay, Attio, Insight, etc.).
- Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and integration tools (Zapier, Make, Workato, Segment, dbt).
- Able to build tools that non-technical teams actually use.
- Thrive in early-stage environments and see complexity as a chance to automate.
