A major enterprise company, based in Paris, who is at the forefront of positioning and navigation technology has an opening for a Verification and Validation Manager at their Nantes site.
The technology they work on has multiple use cases, but its primary use is within the satellite and aerospace industries.
As the new Validation and Verification Manager, you will be leading a thriving Integration and Validation department managing a team of 5 as well as working with the Hardware hands on.
With approved budget to increase the team throughout the year and develop the systems this is a fantastic opportunity to lead a rapidly growing division of a FTSE 100 company.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a team of 5 across two sites.
• Being responsible for Hardware development and System Validation
• Improve and evolve internal processes and tools to meet new challenges

Key Skills:

• Experience in a team leader / managerial role
• Hands on experience in Hardware development and Software validation onto Hardware targets
• Strong Electronics background and experience
