Workforce Development Specialist

Location: EU 100% Remote!

Rate: Up to EUR 450 Per Day

We’re looking for a freelance Workforce Techno-Functional Consultant to help configure, optimize, and implement WorkForce Software (WFS) Suite (Time, Scheduling, Integrations). This role involves configuring WFS using JavaScript, HTML, and SQL, supporting requirement gathering, troubleshooting issues, conducting testing, and facilitating client workshops.

You’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth implementations, identify enhancements, and support go-live activities within the workforce technical stack. You will play a key role in the end-user knowledge transfer, create roadmap for future improvements as well as shape the configuration of the entire WorkForce Software ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Configure Workforce Software (Time,Scheduling,Integrations) with JavaScript / HTML
• Perform requirement gathering, validation and refinement
• Suggest WorkForce Software improvements
• Facilitate end-user workshops ensuring best practices

Your Experience:

• 1+ year experience with JavaScript, HTML or other languages
• Previous experience with Workfroce Software (Time, Attendance)
• Knowledge of HCM and Business processes
• Experience with Java, C# or SQL is beneficial
