Director of Hardware Engineering – Graphics Processing

We are supporting a world-leading technology innovator in their search for a Director of Hardware Engineering to oversee and drive the development of next-generation graphics processing hardware.

The Opportunity

As Director, you will:

• Provide strategic and technical leadership across hardware design, verification, and implementation functions.
• Shape and deliver the hardware roadmap for advanced graphics processing solutions.
• Drive execution excellence, ensuring complex engineering programs are delivered on time and to world-class standards.
• Champion innovation and modern methodologies to improve quality, scalability, and efficiency.
• Act as a talent leader, attracting, mentoring, and growing exceptional engineering teams.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful outcomes

About You

We’re looking for a proven hardware engineering leader with:

• Strong track record delivering complex semiconductor or hardware programs.
• Deep knowledge of digital hardware design and verification practices.
• Experience managing large, multi-site engineering teams.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to influence beyond immediate responsibilities.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, able to inspire and engage at all levels.
• A passion for building high-performing, diverse, and innovative teams.
