Global Product Manager

• Delft, hybrid - 2-3 days a week on-site

• Up to €95 000 (including holiday allowance and 13th month) + 8% bonus and standard Dutch benefits

• Permanent contract

5V Tech is supporting an E-mobility and EV charging infrastructure player in the Netherlands, to hire a Global Product Manager.

In this role, you will take ownership of the product portfolio, working closely with R&D, Product Marketing, and Sales to shape the future product roadmap and deliver innovative solutions that elevate user experience.

You will be the key link between market needs, regulatory requirements, and product development, ensuring successful launches and a strong product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and manage the global product portfolio and roadmap

• Collaborate with R&D on new product generation and lifecycle management

• Partner with Sales & Marketing on market needs, launches, and enablement

• Ensure compliance with EU regulations, working with external agencies

• Track product performance and drive continuous improvements

What we’re looking for:

• Relevant experience in a similar role, at senior level

• Experience in E-mobility and with AC chargers product management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

• Experience in product portfolio management (EV Chargers) and collaboration with cross-functional teams

• Proficiency in MS Office tools
