Account Executive - EV Charging Solutions

• Paris, France OR Lyon, France - Must be fluent French speaker
• Remote position but will require client visits
• Up to €60 000 + 1.5x monthly salary bonus + Company Car
• Permanent, full-time CDI

5V Tech is partnering with a leading international electrification group to hire a strong Account Executive for their French team. This role is focused on opening new accounts in a new channel and driving tangible revenue growth in the EV Charging Solutions market.

This is a pure hunting role for someone self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven. You will be responsible for building momentum yourself, winning opportunities, and converting complex, long-cycle sales into signed business.

The role

• Open and develop new accounts in a new channel within the French EVCS market

• Drive opportunities from first contact through tenders, quotations, and closure, owning revenue end-to-end

• Focus on large accounts; spend time meeting customers face-to-face rather than preparing slides or reports

• Travel extensively across France, with Paris or Lyon as base

• Operate independently with high autonomy, maintaining self-driven momentum

• Bring your established network of CPOs, E-mobility service providers, and fleet operators

Requirement:

• Extensive experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Executive role

• Proven hunter with strong track record in electrification, EV Charging Solutions, or adjacent B2B technical sectors

• Credible network in France among CPOs, fleet operators, or E-mobility service providers

• Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented

• Fluent French

• Based in Paris or Lyon
