5V Tech is proud to be working in partnership with a fast-growing and innovative start-up, in Barcelona. They are on a mission to empower educators and children with intelligent solutions that enhance learning experiences and outcomes.

As Head of Product, you will join the talented team of this AI-powered educational platform, and be responsible for leading the product strategy and roadmap. you will be in charge of a Senior Product Designer and work closely with engineering and marketing to bring innovative and effective learning experiences to children and students, around the world.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's overall mission and goals
• Conduct market research to identify user needs and opportunities
• Develop and prioritize product features
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing to bring products to market
• Track product performance and iterate based on data and user feedback
• Manage the design of the product, from end-to-end

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on EdTech or AI
• Proven track record of success in launching and scaling consumer products
• Deep understanding of the education landscape and the challenges and opportunities of AI-powered learning
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate user insights into actionable product strategies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Proven experience of working in a similar role, within a start-up environment
