This company are a leading provider of SoC FPGA technology, supplying some of the world's largest Aerospace and satellite communication companies, and national space agencies with their hardware and suite of software design tools.
As the Digital Design Team Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their SoCs. You will lead a talented team of engineers, guiding them in the design and development of cutting-edge digital circuits for spaceborne applications.

You Will Be...

• Motivating and mentoring a team of digital design engineers.
• Defining and implementing the team's digital design strategy and methodology.
• Overseeing all aspects of the digital design process, from concept to implementation.
• Ensuring adherence to design standards and best practices.
• Collaborating with SoC architects, embedded systems engineers, and external vendors.
• Managing the team's budget and resources effectively.

If You Have:

• A very strong and proven background in ASIC design engineering;
• Proven experience managing and leading a team of engineers in digital design;
• Knowledge of the end-to-end digital design process;
• In-depth knowledge of digital design methodologies and tools (Verilog, SystemVerilog, RTL coding);
• Strong understanding of verification and test methodologies.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for innovation and a desire to push the boundaries of space technology.
