Tableau Technical Lead

Location: Malvern, PA / Dallas, TX / Charlotte, NC

Hybrid Working: 3 Days in-office (Tue, Wed, Thu)

Contract: Full-time, W-2, 12 Months + Extensions Possible

Rate: Up To $80 Per Hour (Depending on Experience)

This company is seeking an experienced Tableau Tech Lead with strong SQL skills to join thier dynamic team. As a technical leader, you will spearhead the development and optimization of Tableau dashboards, drive data insights, and collaborate with business users to deliver high-quality reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Tableau dashboards.
• Analyze complex data sets and write/optimize SQL queries to extract actionable insights.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, develop reports on Tableau Desktop, and conduct "show & tell" sessions.
• Work closely with client Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for the production deployment of reports.
• Drive agile methodologies to deliver iterative and impactful results.
• Coordinate with various teams including client databases, CTO organizations, and API Economy teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience in Tableau dashboard creation and SQL query development.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a technical team.
• Proficiency in Tableau, SQL, and AWS technologies.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, business intelligence analytics (BIA), and agile methodologies.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AWS Redshift or Python.
