An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join a high-impact talent acquisition team on a 12-month contract. This fully remote role is open to candidates based in the UK or Ireland and offers the chance to shape engineering teams at the forefront of innovation in semiconductors and advanced wireless technologies.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of the talent team, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles across Europe—sourcing, assessing, closing, and onboarding top-tier software and hardware engineers. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and global stakeholders to drive best-in-class hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build tailored sourcing and hiring strategies aligned with business needs
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviews, feedback, and offer negotiation
• Use a range of tools, platforms, and deep web sourcing techniques to attract top talent
• Deliver a seamless, positive candidate experience throughout the process
• Share insights on market conditions and candidate availability
• Contribute to recruitment process improvements and brand-building initiatives

What You’ll Bring

• Strong background in technical recruitment experience
• Proven success hiring engineers in competitive global markets
• Strong sourcing skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities
• Adaptability and comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English
• BONUS - Experience in semiconductor tech recruitment and additional European languages
