Sales Professional - Electrification

Up to €60 000 + 1.5x monthly salary bonus + Company Car

5V Tech is partnering with a globally established electrification group that is continuing to invest heavily in commercial growth across France. With strong brand recognition, a broad technical portfolio, and long standing relationships across the electrical ecosystem, the business is now looking to add senior sales firepower to accelerate revenue in a new channel.

This is a role for a true hunter.

Someone who thrives on opening doors, chasing opportunities, and turning complex, long cycle discussions into signed business. The mandate is clear: create momentum, win new accounts, and directly impact turnover.

The role

• Own the launch and growth of a new commercial channel, with a clear mandate to win and develop new accounts

• Drive opportunities from first contact through tender, quotation, and close, with direct ownership of revenue

• Operate in complex, long cycle sales environments across electrification and electrical distribution

• Spend your time in front of customers, not in internal meetings or slide decks

• Work with a high degree of autonomy, trusted to create your own momentum and manage your pipeline end to end

• Travel regularly to meet large accounts and decision makers, building relationships face to face where it matters most

Requirement:

• Extensive experience in Business Development or Sales

• Proven hunter background within electrification, electrical distribution, or adjacent technical B2B environments

• Existing network and commercial credibility in the French market

• Comfortable working independently and driving opportunities end to end

• Fluent French speaker
