This globally leading provider of telecommunications infrastructure is seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to play a critical role in deploying, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software solutions that power the next generation of networking and cloud infrastructures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hardware Setup & Management: You will configure and deploy top-tier hardware solutions from HPE and Dell, including servers, storage, and networking equipment. Manage firmware upgrades, RAID configurations, and ensure optimal performance of Dell EMC storage systems.
- System Configuration: Install and configure Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), while managing operating system installations and updates.
- Networking: Configure network fabrics using Dell & HPE switches, ensuring seamless communication across the data center using spine-leaf architecture.
- Orchestration & Automation: Deploy and configure CBAM and NCOM orchestration tools, automating resource management and integration in cloud environments.
- Collaboration & Deployment: Work closely with Solution Architects and Technical Project Managers to deliver high-quality solutions. Follow established Method of Procedures (MoP) to execute hardware and software deployments, ensuring customer requirements are met.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Apply strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Provide root cause analysis and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.
If You Have...
- Experience with HPE/Dell hardware, including airframes, servers, and storage systems.
- Proficiency in RHEL installation, networking, and network fabric configuration.
- Expertise with Dell EMC Storage, RAID configurations, and hardware management tools such as HP OneView, Dell OpenManage, and NADCM.
- Hands-on experience with CBAM & NCOM orchestration tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- A deep understanding of data center operations and the ability to implement high-level designs (HLD) and low-level designs (LLD).
