5V Tech is supporting a smart charging E-mobility company in Amsterdam, well established on the market, now looking to add a strong Customer Success Manager to their team.
This company operates at the intersection of software, energy, and mobility. Their platform connects charge point operators, E-mobility service providers, and energy systems, enabling intelligent charging, roaming, and data-driven optimisation.
In this role, you will sit at the centre of customer operations. You will manage onboarding, order flow, and ongoing support for B2B clients, ensuring a smooth experience across the full lifecycle, from initial setup through to live operations.
Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and partners using the platform
• Support onboarding of new clients, including data collection, validation, and system setup
• Manage order and delivery processes related to platform activation, hardware integration, and services
• Guide customers through platform functionalities, integrations, and workflows
• Coordinate with internal teams including product, tech, and operations to resolve issues quickly
• Monitor and maintain data accuracy across systems, ensuring reliable forecasting and reporting
• Track and communicate on platform performance, delivery timelines, and service updates
• Support process improvements to optimise onboarding speed, reduce friction, and improve scalability
• Work closely with external partners such as CPOs, EMSPs, and hardware providers to ensure seamless integration
• Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions, technical requirements, and operational processes
Requirements
• Experience in a customer-facing operations, customer success, or support role within a SaaS or platform environment, in E-mobility or EV charging
• Experience working with CRM, ERP, or order management systems
• Strong communication skills, comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
• Fluent in Dutch and English. Any other European languages would be a bonus!
• Genuine interest in E-mobility, EV charging infrastructure, or the energy transition
