They're growing a specialized team of cybersecurity engineers, reverse engineers, and system specialists working at the intersection of hardware and software to protect safety-critical automotive systems and their OEM clients.

They are searching for an Embedded Firmware Reverse Engineer to join their elite technical group and take a vital role in reverse engineering firmware and hardware components of connected embedded systems using tools such as IDA Pro, Ghidra, and Radare2.

You Will Be...

• Reverse engineering embedded software, firmware, and hardware components for connected embedded systems;
• Performing security research involving bug hunting and exploit development
• Participating in cyber threat intelligence studies, developing threat models and attack vectors
• Developing organisational knowledge about key technologies, tools, and methods
• Writing articles and presenting results to a range of technical and non-technical audiences

If You Have...

• Strong experience in firmware reverse engineering and encryption techniques
• Hands-on experience using disassembly tools such as IDA Pro, Ghidra, Radare2 or others
• Domain knowledge of IoT or Automotive systems written in C/C++
• Experience performing static and dynamic analysis of relevant binaries
• Strong understanding of RTOS and Kernel fundamentals
• BONUS for understanding of automotive communication protocols such as CAN-bus, RS-232 etc.
