Head of Sales - E-mobility

• Rotterdam, Netherlands - other locations can be considered

• Hybrid work model

• Salary dependent on experience + 13th month + holiday allowance + performance bonus

• Permanent, full-time contract (Standard Dutch model - 12 months initial FTC, then transferred to Permanent contract)

5V Tech are partnered with a well-established E-mobility business, looking for an experienced Sales leader to take ownership of a regional commercial function. They are looking for someone who can bring structure, pace, and consistency to revenue growth, but also drive culture throughout the sales department.

You will be expected to operate at both strategic and execution level. Setting direction, while staying close enough to the detail to make it land.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning and executing the commercial strategy across the Netherlands

• Leading and developing a high-performing sales team

• Driving new business across enterprise and strategic accounts

• Building long-term partnerships with key players across the EV ecosystem

• Working closely with leadership on market expansion and go-to-market strategy

• Bringing structure to pipeline, forecasting, and deal execution

• Acting as the senior commercial voice internally and externally

This is a role for someone who:

• Has led sales teams in E-mobility, energy, or a closely related space

• Understands the EV charging ecosystem, whether hardware, SaaS, or infrastructure

• Has a track record of delivering revenue growth in a scaling environment

• Is comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes from the ground up

• Can engage and influence at C-level

• Still enjoys being hands-on when needed, attending conferences and trade shows

• Ideally speaks more at least one European language
