What you’ll do

• Design, code and optimise Java-based micro-services that fuse sensor data streams into a single real-time picture.
• Implement advanced algorithms for data insight and actioning.
• Own the full lifecycle: requirements analysis, architecture, development, test automation, CI/CD and onboard validation.
• Work closely with architects on performance, scalability, security and safety objectives.
• Demo working software every sprint, collect feedback and drive continuous improvement.

What you bring

• Strong professional experience in Java development for real-time or data-intensive systems.
• Deep understanding of multithreading, low-latency design and secure coding.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, pair reviews and test-driven development.
• Strong communication skills in English and Dutch.
