Business Development Manager - EV Charging

5V Tech are partnered with an up-and-coming EV charging company driving the transition to clean mobility across Europe. Their connected charging and energy management solutions are trusted by major fleets, OEMs, and infrastructure partners worldwide. They are now looking for a Business Development Manager to lead growth across the Dutch market.

You will:

• Identify and close new business opportunities with CPOs, fleets, OEMs, and corporate clients

• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract

• Expand and grow existing customer relationships

• Lead commercial negotiations and craft compelling proposals

• Work cross-functionally with technical and product teams to deliver tailored solutions

• Represent the company at key industry events and conferences

You bring:

• Proven experience in B2B sales experience in E-mobility, particularly with CPOs and MSPs

• A strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets

• Excellent commercial and negotiation skills

• Good understanding of EV charging, smart energy, or SaaS-based solutions

• Experience selling connected hardware or platform-based solutions

• Strong C-level relationships development

• Established network within the EV or clean tech ecosystem
