Customer Program Manager

Tokyo, Japan | Hybrid

Salary - up to 15,000,000 JPY - Depending on Experience

We're working with a global technology company to find an experienced Customer Program Manager to join their team in Tokyo. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the intersection of automotive and enterprise technology, managing key client relationships and driving program delivery across Japan.

The Role

You'll be the go-to person for post-sales delivery and customer success, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within budget, and beyond expectations. You'll work closely with internal engineering and product teams, acting as the voice of the customer while managing escalations and fostering long-term relationships with major clients.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing end-to-end program delivery for automotive and enterprise clients
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships alongside account teams
• Leading cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product units
• Developing project plans and ensuring quality and compliance throughout
• Championing risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and best practices

What We're Looking For

• Ideally, 5+ years of project/program management experience in complex, fast-moving environments
• Background in software development lifecycle and product lifecycle management
• Strong knowledge of automotive or enterprise industry trends
• Fluent in both English and Japanese (Korean or another major language is a bonus)
• Proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Willingness to travel internationally when required
