What You’ll Do

• Build End-to-End Features: Design, develop, and deliver scalable backend functionality using Java and Spring Boot.
• Shape Product Direction: Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate complex workflows into efficient, user-focused solutions.
• Drive Technical Excellence: Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability through strong architecture, testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Define Standards: Contribute to best practices for APIs, data models, and backend architecture across teams.
• Innovate with AI: Explore and implement AI-driven features and automation within backend services.
• Collaborate Globally: Work within a diverse, international team in an agile environment.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong Engineering Background: 8+ years of experience building and delivering production-grade backend systems.
• Java & Spring Expertise: Hands-on experience developing backend services with Java and Spring Boot, including REST APIs, security, and integrations with databases and third-party services.
• Architectural Mindset: Strong understanding of scalable system design, APIs, and service-oriented architecture.
• Quality Focus: Passion for clean code, testing, and efficient CI/CD pipelines using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaboration Skills: Strong communication skills in English, German would be a bonus
