What You’ll Do

• Build End-to-End Features: Design, develop, and deliver scalable product functionality using React, TypeScript, and modern backend technologies.
• Shape User Experience: Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate complex workflows into simple, elegant interfaces.
• Drive Technical Excellence: Improve performance, scalability, and reliability through strong architectural decisions, testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Define Standards: Contribute to and evolve engineering best practices, component libraries, and modular system design across teams.
• Innovate with AI: Explore and integrate AI-driven features and automation into product workflows.
• Collaborate Globally: Work within a diverse, international team in an agile, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong Engineering Background: 8+ years of experience building and shipping production-grade applications using modern frameworks.
• Frontend Expertise: Deep experience with React and TypeScript, with the ability to contribute across the full stack.
• Architectural Mindset: Solid understanding of scalable system design, APIs, and component-based architecture.
• Quality Focus: Passion for clean, maintainable code, automated testing, and efficient CI/CD pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Collaboration Skills: Strong communication skills in English, German language would be a bonus
