Automotive Embedded Software Engineer

• Hybrid, 3 days on-site, 2 days work from home

• TJM up to €600/day

• Long-term freelance project (18+ months)

We are looking for a skilled Automotive Embedded Software Engineer to support our client, a leader in the semiconductor field, to join its specialist team working on connected car projects.

With long-term programs already in the pipeline, this is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing environment focused on the future of in-vehicle connectivity.

In this role, you will be contributing to the development of next-generation automotive solutions, working in a FreeRTOS and AUTOSAR environment on projects aligned with the Connected Car Consortium (CCC) standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Embedded Software Development within the automotive industry

• Advanced Embedded C and C++ development skills

• Python experience for testing and validation purposes

• Familiarity with automotive software components including: MAC / MCAL / CDD

• Strong understanding of AUTOSAR architecture and FreeRTOS

• Experience or Exposure to UWB
