Head of Sales - North America (Bay Area)

Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA (Preferred)

We're partnering with an innovative semiconductor technology company that's looking for an ambitious Head of Sales to lead its commercial expansion across North America.

With an established product already in market and early customer success internationally, the business is now focused on building its presence in the US. This is a fantastic opportunity to join at a pivotal stage and help shape the commercial strategy from the ground up.

This is a hands-on hunter role, ideal for someone who thrives on opening doors, building relationships and securing design wins with leading OEMs and technology companies.

What you'll be doing

• Drive the North American go-to-market strategy.
• Develop new business across wearables, automotive, industrial IoT and connected devices.
• Build relationships with engineering leaders, product managers and technical decision-makers.
• Identify customer use cases and position innovative semiconductor technology to solve real-world challenges.
• Lead opportunities from initial engagement through to commercial agreements and long-term design wins.
• Work closely with the CEO and engineering teams to influence product direction and commercial growth.

What we're looking for

• Proven business development or technical sales experience within semiconductors, edge computing, embedded systems or IoT.
• Track record of winning new business and securing design wins.
• Ability to engage confidently with engineering and product teams.
• Commercially driven, proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
