Are you an experienced IC Validation Engineer seeking a dynamic freelance role?
5V Tech are excited to be working with a leading global semiconductor company in Belgium, currently looking for a skilled IC Validation Engineer to join their team and contribute to cutting-edge semiconductor validation projects.
As an IC Validation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and compliance of integrated circuits (ICs). Working alongside a team of world-class engineers, you will be involved in validating designs for the company's innovative products that drive industries ranging from automotive to IoT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute validation plans for ICs, ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
- Perform hands-on testing and debugging using state-of-the-art lab equipment.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on IC performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize design validation processes.
- Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure product readiness for market release.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IC validation, testing, or related engineering fields.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor design and validation processes.
- Hands-on experience with validation tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and automated test equipment.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming for automated testing (e.g., Python, MATLAB).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
