5V Tech are partnering with a global leader in e-mobility solutions, supporting them in finding a skilled Sales Support Specialist to join them in their mission to change the future of sustainable mobility. In this key role, you will deliver technical expertise, manage tendering processes, and collaborate with the sales team to offer best-in-class solutions.

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for sales inquiries, providing technical advice and creating tailored solutions. You will own the tendering process from request to quote, ensuring accuracy, thorough documentation, and a customer-centric approach.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end tendering process, creating detailed and accurate quotations, price indications, and supporting documentation.

- Provide technical solutions and expert advice on customer inquiries, collaborating with the sales team to define appropriate offers.

- Support pre-sales activities, advise customers on optimal solutions, and participate in client presentations to ensure customer success.

- Manage complex sales documentation, including technical descriptions, pricing structures, and proposal details.

- Work closely with the sales teams to ensure seamless handovers and efficient deal booking.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales support, pre-sales, application engineering, or project management in e-mobility, power electronics, solar, or energy infrastructure.

- Strong understanding of EV charging solutions or relevant technical domains, with the ability to respond confidently to customer inquiries.

- Proven ability to handle complex documentation, work precisely, and manage multiple requests thoroughly and efficiently.

- Strong technical and commercial experience and highly skills in managing challenging stakeholders.

- Experience working in a similar position, within an international environment.

- Fluent in French with excellent English skills.
