5V Tech is partnering with a global leader in sustainable solutions, driving innovation in the future of clean technology.

We are seeking a Head of Key Accounts to lead and develop the Key Account Management team while personally overseeing strategic, high-value accounts across electric vehicle charging infrastructure solutions.

This role requires a strong commercial and team leader who can drive business growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and position the company as a market leader in the DACH region.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Key Account Management team, ensuring best-in-class client engagement.

• Personally manage high-importance and high-potential strategic accounts within the CPO sector, building long-term partnerships and maximizing revenue.

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand market share and enhance profitability.

• Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring tailored solutions that support their operational needs.

• Work cross-functionally with technical, product, and commercial teams to drive innovation and service excellence.

• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the EV charging ecosystem.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement commercial strategies for the DACH market.


What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development within e-mobility, EV charging, or CPOs.

• Strong expertise in the EV charging infrastructure market and business models.

• Excellent leadership skills, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams of various sizes.

• Ability to manage complex, high-value customer relationships and strategic accounts.

• Fluency in German and English (written and verbal).

• A strategic, results-driven mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Experience working in an international environment.
