We're seeking a talented Silicon Firmware Engineer to join our dynamic team. You'll play a pivotal role in developing secure firmware for our innovative IoT products, leveraging technologies like UWB, Matter, Thread, Zigbee, and Bluetooth.

Your Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and test firmware for our UWB, BLE, Matter, Thread, and Zigbee silicon.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define firmware architecture and requirements.
Ensure adherence to industry security standards and participate in certification programs.
Debug and optimize firmware for performance and reliability.
Contribute to code reviews and maintain high code quality.

What You'll Need:

Strong embedded software development experience, particularly with resource-constrained devices.
Expertise in wireless communication standards (BLE, UWB, IEEE 802.15.4) and cryptographic principles.
Familiarity with security tools and frameworks for wireless communication.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A passion for IoT technology and a drive to create secure, innovative solutions.
