I’m working with a leading ultra-low-power semiconductor company looking to hire a Senior Staff Edge AI Firmware Engineer to help bring real-time AI onto edge devices.

What you’ll be doing

• Building and optimising embedded AI runtimes & operator kernels
• Improving latency, memory footprint, and energy efficiency
• Developing profiling & performance tooling
• Collaborating with hardware, ML, and platform teams
• Supporting real-world customer deployments

What we’re looking for

• Strong C/C++ embedded software experience
• Experience working on performance-critical systems
• Familiarity with RTOS or bare-metal environments
• Exposure to Edge AI / ML inference (TFLite Micro or similar) is a big plus
• Experience with ARM toolchains, debugging, and optimisation
